It's a cable.
The quality is okay at best, it's the right length, however... It feels like it will set my computer on fire any day now. That apple is my data server and I can't lose that so, yah.

JacobsParts cables are legit
Pulling more 20 more watts @ load than what the 6 pin pci power bus is regulated for and the cables aren't even getting warm. Nice and thick GA wire. I plan on doing the Pixlas mod to my PSU but in the interim, this gets my 5,1 mac pro into 2018 as far as graphics go.

Perfect for Dell R710 GPU mod
I used this cable to modify my dell R710 server to supply power to my gtx 1660. After following some power diagrams, and snipping ends on the cable I was able to solder them directly only my motherboard to supply power to my gpu. The cable is quite possibly the ideal length to get from the pins on psu1 to the gpu on riser card 2
