The Concise Book of Muscles Fourth Edition Paperback – 31 Aug. 2018

I am so glad that I found this book. The contents are exactly what the title says. If you want to know about muscles and what each muscle does in terms of movement, attachment etc, this is the book for you. The diagrams are beautiful and so detailed. I am a first year university OT student and this book has proved invaluable for my anatomy revision exams. I can't recommend this book highly enough especially for medical disciplines such as OT, physiotherapy. Well worth the price paid.

Great study guide to accompany my course. Well written and informative .i really enjoy using this book.

Great overview of the muscles in the body

The book is as described and contains all the info needed for my course. However, the delivery by Amazon was terrible. It got delivered to a different address in error which was nowhere near my house and the Amazon driver even called at my house to say he had put it in the wrong house. Why post it if not sure it’s the right place? Luckily the person at that address dropped it off for me and the book was in good condition.

Full of detail on hundreds of muscles, good clear illustrations, includes info such as origins and insertions and activities that use each muscle.

Used this book for the muscles element of my ITEC L3 some years ago now. Use the book to show clients issues they have and how they can alleviate the problem with exercise stretches. This book is easy to read and digest. Love it. Have now purchased a new book as the other one is rather shabby. This one had a great Muscle Poster and is a larger book than my last edition. Thoroughly recommend. Buy it!!

Great value, good size book to study the pictures and very colourful and detailed. I can see myself referring back to this book for many years to come
