Try All Three To Better Fit Your Bulbs
I saw too many concerns regarding to break my lightbulbs from above. I decided to put up my lab giggle and try.First attempt was scary. I thought the largest cup would fit my ceiling light but it just wobbled. I couldn’t figure out how to secure the head with the pin but turning down the lightbulb required less torque than unscrewing the whole pole. The second, smaller cup got the bulb securely and I had no problems putting back the new lightbulb as well.Be prepared, be safe. Me. LongArm would just work.

AMAZING how this works--moisten first for best suction (red one) BETTER THAN A LADDER
i use the GE relax style bulbs slightly flattened top not quit the rounded of a standard bulbthose i use in my track lights at 10 ft highthe flat flood light styles aren't much of a challenge with this or other suction type gizmosbut regular bulbs are my challengeglad i read the reviews because great help---i use a wet wipe to moisten the cup portion (red one) and it grips greatused my own pole but the design is neat, slight pull down and the units valve releases the suction for easy removal of the toolsame for install NOW i look forward to not using a ladder and i dare one of those bulbs to go out--i've got this nowsome have said that with your own pole that the screw on handle sometimes gets loose. I haven't had that issue my bulbs aren't in super tight just enough to turn on and a bit more---not too tight

Works fine with spot lights
Used the blue bulb(spotlight)changer and it worked fine. Need to ensure that the changer is screwed tightly to extension arm and that there is good suction.I used a very light coat of petroleum jelly on the suction cup and made sure that the pin was not engaged to maintain suction as the burnt bulb was unscrewed or new bulb screwed in.
