A great little portable set up when working on guitars. This product is three items that work together really well. The arch provides solid support for the neck of the guitar for changing strings, cleaning fretboards or frets, etc, the bag is for your tools or polish, and the rubber tray is perfect for keeping your removed screws and parts together. When not in use it all packs nearly away. Well done Fender! I wouldn’t be without mine now.

Quality is very basic and boarder line cheap. Pictures should not show tools in multiple instances if they are not included. With the tools, it would be worth it. Without tools, it's a cheap piece of plastic, cheap, worn looking piece of rubber and a small, empty pouch. £9.99 would have been a more suitable price point.

This a great for when your working on your guitar or re-stringing and the price is fantastic.

The item looked like it had been used as there was a little chip on the front and a couple of scratches to the side. Also the seal on the box had already been opened.Have not returned as I will not be able to get a replacement in time for xmas.

Fender came up with this great item that helps a lot to change strings and made a quick cleaning maintenance at home. Originally I wanted the arch peace since I already have some stuff that comes inside the bag but because of the good price I’m happy having some replacement in case I lost something

The soft material that supports the neck was not finished that well on the unit I received. It does the job but the unevenness of the material gives an appearance of poor quality. I'll use this mainly for electric guitars and it does a great job of supporting them as intended.The pouch that comes with it is really handy. It has plenty of room for your accessories like a polishing cloth, allen keys, precision screwdrivers, wire cutters, string winder, etc. Once stored, the unit is very tidy and keeps things organized.
