Still have not received the brackets, have been waiting over a year now. Can not rate any more then 1 star because all they are is paperweights without the brackets to mount them, what a waste of $1700.

I own a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Jl. I have looked through many different products to find the right step. This is the best for the money. Installation was pretty easy and I was able to do it in an evening. I would suggest finding a video of the installation instructions on YouTube. It will make it much easier. The ability to turn it on and off was part of the main reason I bought this. Also having the step on top of the unit has made reaching on top of my Wrangler quite easy. The only issue I have ran into is the fuses for the step tend to blow a good bit if you turn the unit on and off to much. All in all this was a great purchase and I'm extremely happy with it!

Works very well but there are a lot of noise when open and close the step.Also when the jeep its in the road, you can hear noise due the impact of the metal of the step.

The ide is clever but unfortunately it's cheap aluminum & very flimsy & it makes loud clunking noise when it drops down & up. It also dosen't feel sturdy. I returned it to my dealer & ordered the AMP. It's much more sturdy & beefy looking.

The product seems to be built well enough. The package wasn’t the best when it arrived. I found one of the step power clips came broken (still works, no big deal). One of the lights sheared in half when I was threading the nut on. I asked about a replacement and still have not received one.The overall function of the steps aren’t bad. The magnets are very sensitive to an exact positioning. My passenger side rear door needs to be shut multiple times to get the light out and the step shut. That’s also the side with the broken equipment.My wife has the same Jeep but she is using the RockSlide steps. That’s definitely a better product, however, I’m not completely disappointed with my steps.Edit: The company did send replacement LEDs for the steps. They are brand new and seem to be built better than the one that broke. Guess it was just a bad light in the batch they made. Amazing customer service by the seller! Thanks for making it right for me.

Love everything about them. Look good and work GREAT. Current setup JL 3.5 lift on 33s wife quit complaining about getting in and out of the jeep so everyone wins.

I bought this package due to needing to have both hips replaced. I installed the system in December and they have failed to function twice. Additionally, there are LED lights that come on when the boards are extended. When the system reached approximately 1 month old both the left and right side lights began to flicker. Approximately 3 months later the driver side board began to malfunction. The obvious things like a fuse failure could be ruled out as the power switch light illuminated properly and the side step flickering lights continue to erratically function. There is no way that a product that costs $1500 plus installation should fail in a few months. This is very disappointing.
