I have lots of knee issues, so I have tried and used many different types. This is the absolute best I have used. It fits me perfectly. I have skinny quads, and these sleeves don't sag or fall to my knees. They have the perfect compression to allow me to hike and walk. I had to stop running, so I can't say how they are for running, but I think they would be ok. I love that they are like Goldilocks! Not too tight, not too loose- just right! I also like that they don't have wires or metal things in them.

I've been using fabric knee braces for a long time. I am using this pair since my (both) knee surgeries. These are well made, and longer than others. No allergic skin reactions from the elastic bands, very comfortable. I recommend this, seriously^^

Wanted these to work, but disappointed that they bunch up at the back of the knee area making them uncomfortable. I am a small woman & the small fit well. This is my first experience with support sleeves & maybe they all bunch up?? I would not recommend these for the reasons stated.

Showed up in plastic pouch, and came with a sweatband which might come in handy. I ordered a size small based on description and others reviews. I'm a 160lb male, but I have very skinny legs, and the small seems to fit, and give the support I need in my knees. I may have been able to use a size medium, as the small fits my thigh extremely tight, but doesn't cause discomfort. These a actually help if you have knee problems. I've had ongoing issues for years, and just recently after a mountain bike ride, my right knee swole up, got really tight, and was painful to put full weight and movement on. I ordered these in hopes it would help support my knee and relieve some pain, and they did. These allowed me to walk around somewhat normal, and my knee slowly started getting less painfully to walk on. In my case, I need to see a doctor and most likely a surgeon for repair, but these definitely helped while I wait that out. I also didn't have to constantly pull these back in place, they seem to stay where you put them for an extended amount of time vs other knee supports I've used over the years.Two complaints:1) If you have sensitive skin like I do, you may get chaffing in your knee pit from extended wear. I have to make sure I take breaks off my feet, and pull the brace off to let my skin breathe.2) The tan color is a magnet for dirt. I'm an active guy, and wrench on things in my garage as well. One day of wear already has one looking really dirty. I'd prefer to have these in a black color to help reduce dirty knee syndrome while wearing shorts.All in all, these seem to be a good buy. You get two knee supports, and they also claim they have a lifetime warranty. Pretty sweet!

I have been wearing knee braces for several years now and became dissatisfied with the ones I had been buying. I do not want a dark color as it shows through my light colored pants. I liked the looks of this one and I tried it out. It’s a bit shorter but does not affect the support. The material seems quality and wearing them all day is comfortable. They hopefully will wear well after many washings.

I had been experiencing left knee pain when exercising. My doctor recommended I wear compression sleeves to help alleviate the pain. For a 16-inch diameter thigh measurement, I ordered a size small per Modvel’s size chart. Since I have been wearing these sleeves when exercising, it has helped to alleviate the pain in my left knee.The compression sleeves are well constructed. The fabric is thick and provides a comfortable feel around the knee area. The two thin silicone strips around the sleeve’s top band helps to secure the sleeve and prevent it from sliding down when exercising. The only complaint I have is the placement of the Modvel label. It is sewn on the top of the sleeve band and it can rub the skin when exercising.Note: Small size sleeve dimensions for length-front, length-back, top-thigh and bottom: 10.25 inches (length-front), 10 inches (length-back), 12.75 inches diameter (top-thigh) and 11.25 inches diameter (bottom)
