Orbit 53214 20" Jumbo Rectangular Sprinkler Valve Box

I installed this cover over my well head and plumbing/wiring connections. This is a very heavy duty type cover. I’m happy I purchased this model and look forward to many years of coverage over my well.

It is very sturdy and it functions as it should.

The size and build as advertised and as I expected.

My patio floods during heavy rains. I jack hammered a hole in the concrete and set 2 cement stepping stones in the bottom. I then put the box in and filled in the outside of the box with concrete. I put in a sump pump and ran a pvc line underground and the up under a wooden base i have a building set on. Now when it rains there is no more flooding on my patio. The box is very tough and I can walk on it with confidence. This beats the regular sump pump containers which are flimsy and can't be walked on.

Needed to upgrade to larger size because the original installer 20 years ago was cheap and the zone manifold barely fit. Couldn't repair anything in small space . The new box is large enough to be serviced if needed. Good product and solid enough for light foot traffic.
