Q: Will these fit a one-year-old?

Yes, they are moldable. My daughter uses and we squish them so that they cover the entire ear opening. These work better than the molds we paid to have made of her ears.

Q: Could you hear using them?

She can still hear but it’s definitely muffled. She wears an ear bandit over the top to help keep them in. But she can still hear.

Q: Can these fit a 9 mo old?

Yes, cut them down to size needed. I cut them down to fit my 5 year old grand daughter's ears.

Q: Are these small enough for an infant’s ears?

Can be cut in half or quarters, then they can form to inside ear. I cut them in half for my granddaughter, who was 5 years old.
