Q: Can you cut these to for angled walls?

They are radom and thin not solid so best would be trim boards cut to the angle of the wall between angles that the pieces could but against.

Q: What frequencies do these work for?

They are for diffraction of reflected sound, the higer the frequency the more directional the sound. So low frequency that is not directional is not affected. The manufacturer has specs but this type of diffraction or scattering has worked well in the tweeter range of speakers where first reflection in smaller rooms confuses the sound. It makes small rooms sound bigger.

Q: Where are these made?

I cant find that, butthey really work.

Q: Are the black ones shiny or Matte?

Looks to be more of a matte finish
