Guillow's Stearman PT-17 Model Kit, Navy, Small

Kit contains full size plans, balsa sheets are plainly marked and die cut, instructions are easy to follow. This particular kit does not have the parts included for making it a U-Control. It is for making a free-flight rubber band flying model. Needed is hobby knife to separate balsa and plastic parts, glue to secure balsa parts and attach paper covering and plastic glue for assembling pilot and motor pieces and plastic paints and various acrylic paints. A very worthwhile kit to build and fly.

This is the coolest model! I would recommend this for anybody who is interested in a flying model airplane, or even just a real cool display.

Good kit. Dont let the smashed stamped kit scare you. Only complaint i have is that the instructions are not very well written. Looks great as a static!

This was a good sanity project for when I was laid up and couldn't work. Would like to see them go to laser cutting the old die cutting doesn't give a clean cut.

Poor quality Balsawood hard to cut out couldn’t fined all the parts had to make some parts poor prints put some part together too soon Wings are hard to build so is the fuselage I trashed it before I got done
