This is a well built easy to use tool that will last a lifetime. It is especially useful if being used on a level surface. If you have peaks and valleys in the ground in a span smaller than its width, then things will be missed, or scraped off the bottom as you go on.I used this after I had a new roof installed on a home. It was easy to use and to cleanup and gathered up a lot of nails out of the yard. It’s a good deal for the money, and you will have it forever.

Very impressed at how well this magnet picked up rusty and new nails from my pea stone yard! The nails seemed to surface after every heavy rain. Almost impossible to spy them all with my eye but this tool found them! So why 4 stars not 5? A few minor issues:1) The wheels. There is about 1/2 inch of extra axle on each wheel between the body and the locking nut. So the wheels wobble a bit, especially over my uneven gravel. I’ll buy some extra stainless washers to fill the space and see if that fixes it. 2) With the uneven gravel, it knocks off the metal debris, or the debris sticks to the back of the housing rather than to the bottom. Still it’s a great tool and I recommend it!

Beyond my expectations!! Just had a lot of construction finished and was having a huge party. I was afraid of my guests stepping on nails and screws and what all this magnet roller picked up was incredible!! Didn’t even know there was a rusted razor blade left in the grass. Picked up rebar, all the nails & screws and even the tiny metal shavings when cutting the corrugated metal sheets. Beyond happy and at ease of not hurting the feet of my guests. We have more construction coming up and it will be used again. Also, if you drop a metal piece, this roller will sure help you find it!! I believe all construction companies should have one of these after they have completed a job!

The media could not be loaded. This might be the best thing I’ve ever purchased on Amazon!! We are getting new siding on our house, so there are nails and screws EVERYWHERE outside. I was so worried about my dogs stepping on one or getting a flat tire, but this gadget saved the day! It was super easy to assemble… took less than 5 min… and I got right to work on my driveway which my contractor said he had just swept. The picture w the nails in my hand was from that! In about 2 min I got all of those nails. Then I went onto the deck and recorded the video… you can see and hear how quickly and easily it picked up nails. It was so satisfying to hear the clink as they stuck to the magnet. I was amazed that it even picked up nails that were wedged between the deck boards. So cool. It is sturdy and the wheels are rugged enough to use on grass (some nails out there as well). I am so glad I decided to search for this tool even tho I had no idea if they even existed. 10/10… highly recommend if you’re having any construction done!

Shipping was spot on. It arrived on time. Well packaged with even wood inserts to protect the axle bolts. Just had work done and nails were in driveway that my small driveway magnet missed after going over it five times. This sweeper once assembled added another 10 nails to the total and impressed me like I didn't think it would. It made fast work and I was able to do a 75ft driveway three times from garage to street in less than 20 minutes. My old one took about 20 minutes to do about a third and didn't have the ease of use with wheels. Great product, great price, great job done! I will consider other products from this vendor.

Not perfect but pretty darn good. The pull handle to release is a little gimmicky, but this things works well. Feed back for the company would be to ditch the aluminum housing and just run a slightly taller wheel base and stronger magnet. You don't need something to release the debris. It does okay on bumpy terrain but gets hung up easily. I think dumping the housing would give you that extra bit of clearance with a stronger magnetic pull.With that said, it picked up 100+ nails that my roofing company missed. Definitely worth every penny versus a visit to the doctor or ER.I would buy this product again.

Great for concrete floors but NOT for grassy areas or lawns -the metal would fall off as I was passing over thick grassy lumps -it’s one of those items as soon as you hear the click /metal hitting the magnet you’d better stop and pick it up OR IT WILL FALL OFF WITH CONTINUOUS USE!
