Within a month of usage the right buds stopped charging, went to the service centre, they collected the buds and I received a replacement via mail after almost 10 days. Initially the replacements worked fine but now they are having the same issue and this time the left buds are not charging. Now i have to go through the whole process again. Highly disappointed from this faulty product by JBL. I could’ve understand it happening once but same issue happening multiple times and from what i came across online while searching for solutions, many have suffered similar problems. Never buying any JBL products and would not recommend to any one.

A very Good product
This JBL earbud fits very well in the ear. It is very convenient for listening podcasts during morning walks and for binge watching of OTT webseries. Very comfortable.JBL ensures best sound quality, bass and very effective noise cancellation. These features help a lot in getting best call experience.Once charged, it easily works for 2-3 days and has got good battery. Last but not the least, Tune Beam gets connected with Laptop and mobile together and hence I don't miss any of my imp calls while working on laptop.

One of the best
I had been using Samsung galaxy buds, and I was constantly running for a charger, now I’m proudly enjoying my JBL as the first person from Ladakh to order it on day of launch, so I got special launch offers. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Faulty Product - USELESS COMPANY
Please do not buy any of JBL product. The product will stop working exactly after a day or week of warranty coverage. They have adjusted their product self life according to the warranty. Once the warrant is expired you will have not way to return this. Also once you complain about the warranty issue even a one day after the warranty period, they will give you 10% coupon voucher to compensate. One of the worst strategy and service of the HARMAN and AMAZON. Biggest shame to both the company.
