Simply excellent, especially for the price.
I’ve used hearing aids for more than five years. I’ve had a mild-to-moderate hearing loss ever since a particularly awful infection left scar tissue on both of my inner ears.My last set were Unitron HAs that cost me more than $5,000, lasted 4 years before they wouldn’t hold a charge long enough to get through a work shift and the parts were expensive when they’d break. The app worked when it felt like it, the Bluetooth had VERY limited range before it would cut out (couldn’t wear my phone on my hip and listen to music or hold a call). These exceed those in every way except in automatic noise reduction total dynamic range of the audio output. The tools in this app more than allow for manually adjusting noise control in the factory I work as the safety admin at though, so I can compensate for the shortcomings easily. If they can handle life in a factory, and pickup voice as expected in that environment, all at this price point. I don’t care if the audio isn’t as full and rich as my old Unitrons, they aren’t tinny sounding, and have a pretty dynamic tonal control, so for just $400, plus the fact they include a session with an audiologist of you want/need, these are well worth the purchase.Comes in a nice package, with easy to follow instructions written in actual US English, not loosely translated English. One of the best values you’ll find, especially in this price bracket. Welcome to life over-the-counter. What a blessing!

I am hearing frequencies I haven't heard for years
I have been wearing hearing amplifiers/aids for probably 15 years. I have always bought over the counter relatively inexpensive units. The $400 price of these usually would discourage me from buying them. But based on the good reviews plus my desire to truly hear sounds that I haven't heard for many years, I spent the money and bought these. I am really hearing birds chirping outside. I haven't heard them in a long time. I am realizing there are more complex sounds to what I have been hearing before. I do appreciate the Bluetooth connectivity but I have good earbuds so that wasn't a major factor in my decision. Most of the previous hearing aids I've bought have allowed me to have conversations: that isn't ground-breaking tech these days. But the ability to hear a broad range of frequencies of sounds is definitely worth the price to me. I've only had them 5 days so I am hoping they hold up long term. If not I may be back to modify my review. But today these are clearly 5 stars to me.

Sound quality and good volume
I have had hearing aids for 15 years. The ones I have used are prescription hearing aids that were good. I also tried OTC hearing aids. These hearing aids are superior to any OTC hearing aids I have tried. They are clear, work very well with phone calls and listening to music. I do get chirping out of the right ear when I go above a 12 setting on volume. The left ear does not do this. Otherwise I would recommend these as a good replacement for expensive $ 3-6K hearing aids. They work well.

Based on just 5 days use/Updated at one month
I've never had those $4000 hearing aids, but I have used both cheap in ear and over ear models (approx $100). I was really interested in getting some that could use a phone as a remote. I took a stab at these and I am very happy. Very light and secure with a number of different options on the app. No AM radio fuzziness, the sound is really clear. I haven't used them in a public setting yet to try out the noise cancelling, I will update the review then. Side note- if hearing aids cause itchy ears, try Eargene. Good stuff.Update- I've seen some reviews that mention a lack of dome availability. Domes made for Phonak hearing aids fit the Elehear aids. I just bought the PowerDome double domes and they fit perfectly. Excellent if you have bigger canals like I do.One month update- I couldn't be happier. There is a learning curve in knowing what modes work best in what situations, which helps to keep you from constantly using the phone to adjust. One example is the restaurant mode. It does an amazing job filtering out the voices around you while helping you hear the person you are with. I thought it would work well at church, but it actually filtered out the speakers that didn't project into the microphone. I can't say enough about them.

Great product!
At a certain time you have to get over the stigma of wearing hearing aids! I researched many for over a year, and finally decided to purchase the Elehear. It's not like "natural" sound, but they help. They are discreet, come with a phone app, plenty of control & options while wearing, and offer tinnitus masking. I have recommended them to 4 other people who purchased them, and they are all very satisfied with them.

Very happy with sound quality and features
Very impressed with how these work. My original hearing aids were covered by my insurance but since I retired they are not covered. Saw these and others and did a lot of researching the elehear beyond had the same functions as my phonak aids. Very happy with sound quality and duration of battery life. Customer service is always available and very helpful.

Returned due to buzzing noise
The media could not be loaded. It did amplify but it kept buzzing. I tried changing the ear attachments. The AI text support said to restart them. That didn’t work. I just returned them for $400. I have to say that my mother was able to hear but the constant noise was not going to work. I tried changing settings on the app as well. It was a sturdy case and it shipped on time. I would buy from this company again if it had another product to try.

Works Well, but with Caveat
Pros - These seem to work pretty well. The ability to use your phone to adjust them is nice. Also the charging case is portable and charges the hearing aids quickly. I am pleased with the improvement in my hearing using them.Cons - The ear pieces are thin rubber and none of them worked well in my ears. I had some decent ear pieces donated to me that fit the hearing aids perfectly. Without these they would not have worked well and I would have returned them.Recommendation - Higher quality ear pieces would make these hearing aids much better and useable.
