There Great the different sizes allow you to choose which one fits best. As it is a pack of 7 when one goes warm you can just swap it out for a cold one. they take up Barely any space in the freezer so I just have them there ready to use.

I got these for a back strain that had to be iced regularly, they were good for a few minutes but never really froze so lost their cool quite quickly.I haven’t tried them heated through, so maybe they worked better for that.

I keep these in the freezer permanently, that way they are ready for headaches, oven burns, hot flushes, anything really.

The sizes of these packs are very useful. However the cold does not last very long as they are very thin. The worst issue is that the largest pad burst on second use, the gel staining the sheet. I have contacted the supplier regarding a replacement but have heard nothing. I now worry that the other pads will leak. I have hardly used them, time will tell.On the above basis I do not recommend them!
