Set of Professional Left Handed Hairdressing Scissors and Thinning Scissors, 5.5 inch (14 cm) + Presentation Case

Bought as my child had meltdown in hairdressers so (complete novice) decided I'd do it myself in future. Easy to hold, cut nicely, doesn't make the noise when cutting hair that you get with previous hair cutting scissors I've bought. They're a really good weight and the design is lovely.

Purely deducted a star because the scissors don't fit in the case properly and it's a pain in the arse putting them back in it every time. Otherwise they're great value for money.

Cut wonderfully, ideal for left handed hair dressing student such as myself - might want something more pricey for fully professional use. Love the colours and they are very comfortable to hold. I do however wish they had the rubber inserts that some other scissors have. The case seems like it'll keep them very safe and it makes it easy to take these scissors to and from college with me safely. My scissors do however close slightly too far, meaning without the little guard on the end you may manage to cut into your finger

These are absolutely useless, don’t cut at all

I'm a professional hairdresser and I'm absolutely addicted to sanguine scissors! The quality matches up to my £80 pair of Haito scissors and I've even managed to convert one of my colleagues at the salon! Any time I've ordered they always come nice and early, well packaged and very sharp! They're very comfortable to use and they last a long time! I just buy loads because I fall in love with the different designs!

They look amazing. Bought as a present for my daughter who is 6months into a hairdressing apprenticeship. With her being left handed was advised by my hairdresser (who is also left handed) to buy her professional scissors to allow her to get the feel of how to hold/position hands while practicing cutting on a doll head. I am sure she will love them as much as I do.

I have used these once and I a very happy with them so far. It is brilliant to finally have left handed scissors at a great price.The scissors arrive blunt. You need to tighten the screw in the middle to put a sharp cutting edge on them.

Haven't really used it yet but tried nipping off the tip and it cuts well. It's quiet, nice to hold and the chrome rainbow effect is so beautiful! There aren't many nice looking lefty hair shears out there which are nice looking. Can't wait until this weekend to try trimming my own hair!
