NOT EXTRA SHARP. VERY BASIC BUT CUTS OK, ITS £11, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?
This is a set of 6 paring, fruit knives by the brand OPOLIA. They arrive in a branded box with brief information on the product and each blade comes with a card sleeve for safety.+ 6 different colours, so you can assign a knife to a specific food. 3 would have been enough.+ Lightweight+ Easy to hold+ Blades are sharp enough to cut most fruit and vegetables- However not sharp enough to peel with- Low quality plastic, I have attached some photos showing that the finish and quality control was weak. You still have plastic bits hanging off.- Basic sharpness not extra sharp at all- You would need to sharpen these to get the best out of them+ Practical for every day but nothing special+ £11 for 6 makes then just under £2 each, which is not a bad price at all. The usual rates are around £9Overall these are very basic and generic kitchen knives. They are used for basic things like cutting bananas, apples, chopping onions etc I did find harder vegetables like potatoes, carrots and broccoli less smooth to cut. They are nothing fancy but they don't try to be. The price reflects the quality and for £11 this is what i would expect to get. If you have a sharpener and can sharpen the blades, it makes a great deal of difference. I would recommend if you're looking for very basic knifes for general cutting.8/10I would have given this 5* If there wasn't poor finish to the plastic on the knives and the fact they labeled them as extra sharp when they are not, that is misleading. Fix the tittle and it would be 5*Thank you for reading my review and I hope you have found it helpful.

You can never have too many knives
These aren't bad knives, and they're nice and sharp. I did notice that the blades aren't the smoothest, but they work fine for chopping fruit, vegetables and meat. The handles are longer than the blades, which for me helps keep them well balanced. They aren't particularly heavy knives, so if you're going to throw them, you'll have to put a bit of effort in to it. Still, if you use them for what they're meant for, they'll do you well. 6 in the pack is probably overkill, but I've added 3 to the kitchen drawer, and 3 in to our eldest's collection for when she moves in to her own place. Price wise, there's nothing not to like, they're definitely priced in the budget range, but the quality feels better. Being sharp, they're nice and easy to use, and feel like they'll stay sharp for a good while, again, quantity helps here as you'll be using each knife less, having so many of them.

Handy set of utility knives
This is a pack of utility knives, they are colour coded so could be used with the corresponding chopping boards for certain foods. They are also ideal for general use in the kitchen. The knives are sharp, but not as sharp as some of the more expensive knives are. But for general use, they are perfectly fine. These are ideal for everyday use or as a gift for someone moving into a new home. This is a useful set, practical and happy to recommend them.
