I was honestly skeptical about buying this at first because it only had 25 reviews with a 4.6 star rating but after taking it for about 2.5 weeks I honestly can say I think it helped me with my bloating for sure! I notice that I feel a tad better than what I was before such as waking up in the morning and my energy level has definitely improved!
