Cooking, baking and seasoning cast iron!
I have food challenges is this is the only oil besides coconut oil I don’t respond too but grape seed oil has no taste. This specific brand I trust for no contamination because all they make is grape seed oil. I have had no reactions and it’s great from baking to high temp cooking to seasoning cast iron pans!
