Protects heels from Haglund’s deformity
This is the third time I have ordered these pads, and all have been extremely sticky and help protect the back of my heel, where I have a bump from Haglund’s deformity. Each pad stays on about three days, even with showering. I read other reviews where people complained that theirs weren’t sticky. I only had that happen to a couple of pads that were left in the back of the car with my hiking boots over a very hot week.

Good product for the price. Received as advertised. I had issues with some of the adhesive sticking to my foot properly. Can’t say if indicative of product compared to other brands. Just the issue I experienced
