Your XT 225 needs this rack
This rack was so easy to install. It looks at home on the bike as if it were an OEM option. It is very sturdy and I really like the rounded ends so they don’t get hung up in the brush.

Great fit!
Since the XT and TTR share the same frame, this bolted right up to my TTR225. Just had to remove my rear reflectors. Great looking rack and great fit!

Sleek, Solid and functional.
This fit perfectly on my 2006 XT225 and mounts solidly to the frame/sub frame at the grab bar mount points and still allows for the grab bars to remain on the bike.Because I ride in tight spaces, I like the rounded profile at the back over other racks that are wider and more square. I've had it on the bike for almost 2 years now without any issues so it's worthy of the review. You can see in one of my pictures where the mounting point on the rack has a slightly larger diameter hole then the bolt. This was not really a problem, but I found some cheap nylon sleeves to put in there anyway just to limit play and reduce the chance of problems that could come from some of the rough terrain I ride on. This rack is solid and when I am carrying gear in the backcountry or just carrying a heavy tool bag around a large property. This review likely won't show as a verified purchase because I bought directly from the manufacturer. The pictures should be evidence enough that I own one. I like it enough that it is the first rack I reccomend and I also have one on my 2018 KLX250 (Different mounting and model number than the one for the XT225)....Still waiting for them to make one of these for the TW200.
