Product was working fine initially for 4 months. Later got malfunctioning. Then Agaro serviced the machine in 15 days. Now it’s working fine.

Pathetic service provided by #Amazon.The product is defective, it doesnt start atall , had initiated call with Agaro they asked to return the product.It's been 5 days not a single call from Amazon no follow up, the delivery guy isn't showing up to get the product back when.Had to go through 11 support representative they were worst all they ask for 24hr time period with no action.Been 5 days struggle to return, Agaro if you can kindly send the guy to get this product return and refund our full amount that would be helpfulI have lost hopes from AmazonPS: if you go for customer service call they cut your phone in middle , if you will go for chat they just hop from one support person to another with no concrete update. You have to give details every timeThey won't even escalate the issue neither send you email , hopeless support.

The massager is good, does not job but there is one problem that i have observed.The motor is under powered and on top of that you have to really press to feel the needling.
