The flavor was good, but the juice easily sucks out of the ice, leaving you with plain white flavorless ice. The flavor syrup doesn't stick with the ice, is what I'm saying. So for that reason, I'd recommend eating these slushy and watery but not as solid ice. Then they work.

I work for Amazon..I was feeling tired n sluggish and always hot for about a month..when I got to work I got over heated, the safety lady gv me one of these freeze pops I was instantly brought back to like..I hvnt felt tired and sluggish since..I ordered some..it gv me energy to much that I couldn't go to sleep when I got home from work lol..I must HV been dehydrated but I drink plenty of water..but I guess that wasn't enough..I will definitely keep these in my freezer all summer long
