The book is great! The recipes are delicious. I thought it would be hard to make the ice cream but it is super easy and fast.

Depending on the type ice-cream you make, it works better for some than other types. Custard ice-cream works well but could get a little more solid. Stiffens right up once you put it in the freezer. Frozen yogurt was not as successful. Contact of the paddle to the tub isn’t precise enough. Allows the yogurt to freeze solid to the wall of the tub. It then slowly builds up frozen to the sides. The custard style was well worth the purchase though.

First time I tried the vanilla bean ice cream recipe I got excellent results. Anxious to try others.

Fantastic cookbook. I am excited to make so many different kinds of ice cream.
