I am glad to have Salon Pas Lidocaine Patches. They have helped me quite a lot. Too many other brands have menthol in them, which I do not care for, and I find the Lidocaine works better for me. The patches are a decent size, & they are easy to apply, even on my lower back. They also stay in place when I use them on my knees.

My wife uses them daily and it allows her to function normally.

I’ve had massages, dry needling, hot packs & cold packs, but I think these still seem to help my IT band pain the most. I buy the larger ones and cut them in half usually. I always buy the unscented ones because I dislike the wintergreen smell.
