Skyscraper (3D Blu-ray + Blu-ray) [2018] [Region Free]

A truly absurd premise that entertains all the way. As usual the Rock gives his all and the cast rise to the challenge. Really good visuals and relentless action and tension.

I downloaded this film onto my kindle as it was a good price and being a huge fan of The Rock! I gave it a go and thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish! Now if ever there was going to be made a GEARS OF WAR film, I would love to see him play MARCUS FENIX!

The cgi was a bit too much. Okay movie but not that wonderful. The 3D was not that impressive either.

Great value for your money

I got the impression halfway through that this film takes itself quite seriously, but then i realised that is part of the joke. Dwayne Johnson plays it straight as a retired policeman who becomes a security consultant for the worlds tallest building. But things do not go according to plan and his family are in peril!This is a friday night movie with a couple of beers and turn of your brain. It is brilliantly effective in this role, as soon as you start to think about it the whole thing falls to peices, and in the end isn't that the secret of a good action film?
