Balanced and Energized
I’ve been taking Lithium Ascorbate for a few weeks now. It helps me feel more balanced and calm. I like that it also includes Vitamin C for immunity. The tablets are easy to take and gentle on the stomach. Overall, I’m happy with the results so far.

Focus stress relief
Good quality supplement, easy to swallow. I just started taking it, so the verdict is out on whether or not it does what it is supposed to. I didn't have any weird side effects or discomfort taking it; therefore, time will tell

As good as lithium if not better
Tried lithium from this company before. Read about ascorbate, decided to give it a try. Seems to be as good if not better. Tastes better, help me to sleep better and in better mood overall.

Must dissolve under the tongue
I researched lithium ascorbate and determined it was worth trying it.But I did not realize these had to be dissolved under the tongue. I completely missed that these were tablets and not capsules. It says to place under the tongue and allow it to fully dissolve. Leave under the tongue for 60 seconds once it has fully dissolved.Ok so it did not dissolve all the way. I ended up having to break it up with my teeth so I could get on with my day. It did not taste good enough to have it in my mouth for all those minutes. I will need to find another that is in a capsule form so I can just swallow it.

mood lift
This sublingual supplement is an easy way to take low-dose lithium; the instructions say to let it dissolve under your tongue for 60 seconds, but it doesn't fully dissolve within that time, so I've been swallowing what little there is left at the end of the full minute. The taste is minty and not unpleasant but it does get a bit annoying that it isn't gone in a minute. The supplement *seems* to be working -- my mood is pretty good for being in the midst of our usual Big Dark, when I usually get in a bit of a funk. I can't empirically prove that it's doing me good, but I do feel better when I take it, so I am going to continue to take it.I like this lithium supplement and plan to reorder, at least until we have much more sun!

Nasty heartburn and upset stomach that went on for hours.
I don't know what to think about lithium salt. I know what the bottle is claiming and the research but there is a lot on both bad and good things when taking this. I looked lithium salt up and read up on the positives and negatives of taking it. And I think the negatives outweigh the positives. But it depends individually too.First off, it is a tablet form that dissolves under your tongue. And like everyone else is saying it does not dissolve under the tongue or in your mouth in 60 seconds. It does have a minty taste to it but is pretty salty too so not very pleasant. The very first time I missed that it dissolved and swallowed it. One thing that happened in that time as well as all the times I had it dissolve in my mouth was the nasty heartburn and upset stomach it gave me. In fact, I am no longer taking it for this reason more than any of the others. It went on for hours.Apparently, there are plenty of bad side effects it can have as well. So, you might want to look that up. One common side effect especially for women is headaches. Another thing to watch out for is mixing it with other prescriptions you may be on. There are a lot of negative reports on taking this with other prescriptions like Seroquel, Lyrica, and a lot of other popular medications. Also, taking lithium salt is known to have something to do with hypothyroidism. There is much more than this too that it is apparently linked to. So, just do your research before taking. There seem to be a lot of good reviews on this, but I wonder how much of this is the placebo effect. I personally didn't notice anything after taking them. I know that lithium is used to help with mental disorders but if that is the reason for taking it you might want to get checked out by a doctor anyway. If you are going to take it anyway just make sure to take only the serving amount which is one a day.
