Great book. I have been working in marketing for some time and had been looking for books that delve into brand story crafting. This book also touches on customer journey experience. The author presents great ideas in a format that is easy to digest. The book basically provides a master story template based on the "hero's journey" story arc, which is one of the most popular story arcs in human history and has been used for thousands of years. The book provides practical, actionable tips on how this template could be applied to your business. A must read if you're getting serious about crafting a brand story, and a good primer about understanding the customer experience in general.
