This is a lot heavier and sturdier than I thought it would be. I bought it for my grandson’s to lock their new bicycles up.

While not quite as robust as the Kryptonite cables I've purchased in the past, this cable seems capable of protecting items in the bed of my truck. It has a nice casing that will should keep moisture from the internal steel cable and should not damage any of the items I secure. The eyelets on the ends are of good size to allow use of padlocks. Pricing/value is in line with the quality and build of the cable when compared to others. Would recommend.

This bike lock cable is really good—strong, flexible, and easy to use. The braided steel feels durable, and the vinyl coating helps prevent rust and scratches. Very sturdy and thick, but bends fairly well to let you loop it around fencing. Using a 6 foot version of the cable, you will need to consider if the fencing warrants that much length, or the 4ft version will suffice. Getting a flexible cable lock is also a good option to allow more freedom when looping the cable and realizing you have more slack than expected.Nonetheless, keeps my three heavy pointers from forcing the fence outward. Left it out in the sub-zero temperatures, rain, some days of 50F, and saw zero signs of the cable going brittle or weakening throughout the testing.Highly recommend when searching for a reliable security cable.
