I've been taking these for a little while now but never really noticed much of a difference while taking it. No noticeable performance changes when exercising. I did notice that my skin seems to be a little bit better since I've been taking it but that's about it. Maybe the dose the recommend isn't high enough. Will continue to supplement with this and come back for a future update. So far though I can only give it three stars and that just for the skin clearing up a little bit.
