I got the pair of 28pound adjustable dumbbells and am very pleased with them. They work just like the much more expensive name brand ones! They are very easy to adjust and have comfortable grips to make workouts better. Probably the best thing is that they take up very little space in my home workout room.

I’ve never used this style of weights before. I have to say that I am very impressed. You turn the grip to select the weight you want and when you lift it out of the stand the appropriate blades are attached. Easy and versatile.
