I found these to be thick, of good quality, and with a nice firm texture. While they are easy to heat, the noodles can stick together so that you have to work to separate them. The instructions are for heating in a pan, but it works just as well in a bowl with a little water in a microwave. Two minutes and you have a quick meal. I would recommend these. I found the Kikkoman soup base (elsewhere on Amazon) to be a nice addition.

These are amazing. Great quality-very tasty! Note these do not include any flavor or seasoning packets.

Udon noodles were delicious in our stir fry and soup dishes.

Wonderful udon noodles, they are thick and delicious in soup or wonderful with curry. I made beef curry udon with these and it held the sauce and veggies and meat perfectly. I will purchase again.
