Drive a 2019 Subaru Ascent with wired CarPlay. This adapter has performed superbly. Easy to set up, works every time. It is just push the ignition button, wait 30 seconds and the wireless CarPlay is on. No lag, perfect sound, radio works without difficulties, am able to make and take calls, can selectively change the volume of Maps (or Waze) without changing the radio volume. Well worth the money.

I purchased this to replace another brand of wireless adapter I had for 3 years that suddenly decided to break. I was going to use this in my 2023 Mazda CX-5, which has wireless charging, but no wireless AirPlay. I was sure that I was doing the setup wrong because it was so much easier than my original adapter. I had it up and running in less than a minute. It has continued to operate perfectly for both short and long trips, connecting quickly and has not overheated despite being hidden away in the center console. This was a purchase well worth the money.

I'm super happy with this little device, it seems to work compatibly with my 2020 Honda Civic and it's a _lot_ faster at responding and booting up than my old Carlinkit 3.0 which I picked up back in 2022. It was easy to pair and get going, without any fuss at all. It also seems a lot more resilient against radio interference -- my Carlinkit had a couple intersections where it would always cut out and I've not yet experienced that with this.The one thing that's not obvious, and which I'm putting here for my future self as much as anybody else: to upgrade your firmware, connect to the adapter's wifi and then go to 192.168.18.9. It's listed in the manual but you'd probably never figure it out otherwise.

Great product. This product was very easy to set up. It connects to my phone quickly upon starting the vehicle each time. There is very little difference in the lag time from my vehicle with this product and my wife’s vehicle with a corded Apple CarPlay (meaning it’s great and fast). I highly recommend.

This is so much better than the wired version because I don't have to deal with cords getting in the way. My music / podcast / audio book restarts as soon as my car is on, and the features are all easy to use. I have had no trouble at all, and bought a second one for my sister when she got a new car. She loves it too!

I love this little gadget! It’s so nice not to have to plug my phone in every time I get in the car. I had an issue with it not connecting every time so I contacted customer support. They responded within 24 hours and sent me an email with a guide to help me resolve the problem.I have found that if I’m using the SiriusXM app or Spotify that it will connect better the next time I get in the car if I go to the app screen before I turn off the car. The photo shows what screen I’m referring too.If I want to make a call or text all I have to do is say hey Siri call or text whoever and it connects without me having to press any buttons. The call quality is great.I would highly recommend the CarPlay adapter!
