Not a bad pillow at all really.The positives:I like the firmness as it doesn’t sag and my neck does feel protected.Feels like good quality foamReally helps my neck from ‘cricking’Nice cover materialGood priceFolds away into attached bag (so even I cannot lose it!!)Firm cord clasp (just remember there’s a little button on the closure to separate the clasp)Not so positive:Not sure the shaped back does much, as I feel like it’s slowly ‘riding up’ at the back.Sometimes starts to feel a bit restrictive rather than comfortable, especially with the cord fastened (without cord it does, of course, ‘splay’ which means less support)Not always easy to put into bagThe negatives may be individual usage so may not apply to everyone. I’ve ordered this to help me with a serious neurological condition triggered by sitting up or standing with my head tilted forward at all. This helps me sit in a chair with my neck supported instead of always having to lie down, so I can do a few more activities. It packs away just as shown and is simple to wrap or unwrap very quickly. The fabric is soft and comfortable and when I wore it with a little makeup it didn’t get marked or stained which was a pleasant surprise. Because of the amount of support I need I use the cords at either end of the pillow to tie it under my chin for a more snug fit, but this probably isn’t necessary for most people.It’s not ugly like a neck brace but is also great for keeping the neck warm at this time of year. I didn’t think it looked too silly when I wore it with an overcoat to attend a funeral the other day, more just like an extra chunky scarf! I would recommend this although I haven’t worn it to travel as such.

No hesitation recommending this. It squashes into a small bag for easy carrying and opens up by itself to give very good neck support on long flights.

Seems to be comfortable and easy to put on. The main probelm is the bag it folds into is attached at the back of pillow and gets in the way in use. Not what I expected from the description nor what is shown in any of the pictures.

The media could not be loaded. Very comfy. I have not travelled with it yet so I don't know how does it feel like on plane.It is soft and comfortable. It feels good when I'm sitting on a back support chair that reaches head. So I can lean on it and my neck is supported and secured. You can rotate it as long as you are comfortable with that position. (eg the last 2 pictures, I prefer to turn it to the side, it's thinner and suits me better.)I don't recommend to unzip it unless you need to wash the cover or you are really curious. It is quite hard to zip it back on because of the cushion.Last picture. It feels a bit dizzy (or just me lol) when look down to the pillow because of the pattern. But anyway why would you look down lol.

Only 4 stars as it has not actually been used on a long haul flight yet may well re-review after usage ..... But husband says it's is really comfortable and fits his neck really well with good support. I am only 5.1feet and it is to big and a bit bulky for me. Worth checking out the measurements. It is lovely and soft but the memory foam seems really good quality. Easy to store in its bag and it has a phone pocket on the outside. Really pleased with the purchase.
