Description says "No Head Gear" but mine came with it.
This is my favorite CPAP mask. The local CPAP store here did not have one in stock and they assured me it was "no longer manufactured". Be aware that the product description says "no head gear", so I ordered some separately at the same time, but then the mask I got came with head straps already installed. No big deal since the Velcro on the straps always wears out well before the mask does so I will eventually have use for the extra one.

been using this mask for years now. Initially the plastic was weak near the socket ends for the headgear, but now the weak point is where the forehead strap attached to the silicone pad.

The nasal pillows give a tighter fit.
This mask is what I originally started with in the beginning of sleep apnea 19 years ago. I have the pillow mask and wanted to try the nasal mask again. I probably will use the pillows and change to the nasal pillow mask.
