Great product highly recommend

I read the reviews and made sure I had very very small screwdrivers. When I peered in the space where the screw for the battery is, using a magnifying glass, I saw that the screwhead didn't have any grooves for a flathead or a phillips screwdriver. I tried a screwdriver very gently so I didn't damage it but I was right. Nothing to grip onto. I have returned and won't try again. Very dissapointed.

Dog loves it

Couldn’t even get into the battery compartment! And having to pay for postage to purchase and then also having to pay postage to return as it’s a faulty product!

Needs a tiny screwdriver which should be included. At the very least this should be pointed out or sold as an extra - hence 4 stars.My manic dog would award 5 stars - she loves it.

Dog love it keeps throwing up and making it work

Disappointed as could not open to add batteries, therefore waste of. money . Batteries should have been included. Will send back & request refund

My dog is 4 in April. I have never seen him interact with a toy so much in all this time...he loves it
