This is such a great help to me with inserting my contact lenses.I don't really struggle getting them out - and now I don't struggle putting them in either - thanks to these little devices.It is quite small. The clear box is only 7cm long and about 1cm deep, making them easy to carry around.The actual applicator itself is only about 5cm long, so it's dinky enough to not be too big when dealing with such delicate things like contact lenses.I struggle with wet fingers and the lense won't come off my finger tip, but these allow me to pop the lense onto the tip, and it doesn't get so wet that the lense wont stay on my eye.I would imagine that with practice I can do a good job without these but for now they are a real help on my journey into using contact lenses.
