I don't like to cook, and I don't cook at all really, but I love to make my own salads. In order to do that though, I felt like I needed a good slicer for my fruits and veggies. After scrolling through Amazon for about an hour, I decided to get this one.What I was looking for in a slicer, this brand checked all the boxes. I didn't want a big slicer. Storage in a drawer was important to me. I didn't want anything with a thousand accessories for me to loose or break. I didn't want to use every muscle in my back and arms to slice the food either. This one fit the bill and more.I used a cucumber as a trial run. I cut it in half with a knife and without the holder, I gave it a try. At first, it was stumping me. It wasn't slicing, but after I adjusted the slicer arm to the first setting, it worked great. The cucumber slices were even all around and thin. And the time it took me to cut the whole cucumber? Thirty seconds. Yep, it took no time at all. The blade on the slicer is sharp, so I didn't have to work hard at slicing up my veggie either.Cleaning was super easy. I rinsed it off, wiped it down, and put it in a drawer. Done deal.This is a smart buy for me. I'm truly happy with how it works. Five big stars. Love it!

Great product, but do watch your thumbs if you do not use the handle. Very sharp

Received package and opened it to find that the chopper was used with cheese gratings on the product. Threw it in the trash. Very disappointed.
