A couple years ago I purchased the highest rated steam cleaner there was. The only problem was the steam. It wasn't hot enough or forceful enough. Before purchasing this one, I watched the videos, and it seemed to make lots of steam with no dripping water. But to be truthful, I almost thought I would be returning it even before I purchased it. It does have one tricky part, and that is getting it to operate, and then getting it to turn off, as there is no power switch. To activate it initially, you need to open up the battery cover in the handle. Then press the yellow button on the back, and keep it depressed. Install both AAA batteries and let go of the yellow button. Put the battery cover back on. Fill the tank with water. Plug in both ends of the power cord. Then press the yellow button when you are ready for steam. Since it has a long hose, there will be some water that comes out first, since the hose is not pre-heated. But very quickly the water will turn back into steam and very forceful, even on a setting of "1." You can depress the yellow button again for more steam, and once again for the highest steam setting. Press one more time and it's back to the lowest setting. THIS IS IMPORTANT!! When you are done, simply push and hold the yellow button and the unit will turn off. A few seconds later the steam will stop. I first tried it with the small round brush. I have a dime-sized stain in my carpet that nothing would remove? I put the steam on it for a few seconds, then applied the bristles of the brush lightly in a circular motion. After 20 seconds, I wiped the area with a rag. The stain was gone! Completely gone. So far, very happy.

I bought this to deep clean our new (used) vehicle that we just got. The vehicle was trashed. We're talking sticky candy and random shrimp tails type of dirty. There was an impossible stain on the backseat that was either model paint or nail polish. Cleaners were not even touching it. You guys.... this steamer not only made the rest of the vehicle look great, it got out the impossible stain! I did the entire vehicle with one of the circle attachment brushes. I will say that the attachment are the weakest link. The bristles start to really show wear after of few hours. The company offers free replacement accessories to help mitigate this issue which is a nice gesture. I was worried that the tank would have to be refilled often, but I think I did a whole vehicle on just two tanks. Don't expect this to last if you own a detail business, but for the homeowner that needs to deep clean a few times a year, you can't beat this. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Start out with the only thing I did not see mentioned which is you need two AAA batteries to install in the handle. Now, this is the greatest cleaning tool I have ever purchased! The amount of steam that it produces is crazy. I started with the bathroom, especially around the toilet area - amazing. Moved onto what I thought was dark gray grout - nope it is actually sand colored again. Also, never had to refill tank the entire time. Bathroom is 12” square tile and bathroom is about 100 sq ft. Took a break topped off water and then moved to kitchen hen floor and cabinets. Main areas were cabinets above microwave that had some grease build up that I could never get clean. Done.I will only say I wish it had a few more of the cloth pads, even if available for ordering because they do get dirty quickly.Finally, unit also comes with all sorts of spare parts - rubber seals, battery compartment cover, etc. You will not be disappointed with this unit!

This steam cleaner was pretty easy to use right out of the box, and while it worked, it did a great job. It handled cleaning tasks efficiently and was surprisingly powerful for its size.Unfortunately, I ran into an issue with the battery alignment, which caused the unit to stop working. It was a bit frustrating, but I reached out to customer service—and they absolutely delivered. I received a prompt email response, and they shipped me a replacement unit right away, no hassle at all.Overall, I’m giving it 4 stars—would’ve been 5 if not for the battery issue, but the excellent customer service really made up for it.

It was quite simple to assemble and operate right out of the box, taking less than five minutes to get going.The 3-level adjustable handle is a nice feature, and the steam heats up rapidly. I could move to higher locations just as easily and scrub the floor without stooping. When I applied the brush attachment to the tile grout, the built-up dirt that was impossible to ordinary cleaners was immediately removed. From bathroom tiles to kitchen surfaces, it works amazingly well on all kinds of grime and buildup.I like that it's lightweight enough for carrying around effortlessly and that it only uses water—no harmful chemicals are required.Although the water tank is somewhat small, this cleaner is ideal for deep and quick cleaning. This portable steam cleaner is amazing if you're searching for a quick and inexpensive solution to thoroughly clean your house.

I should have gotten this product earlier. On the day I received the package, I started using this and it is one of the best products I have ever purchased on Amazon.First of all, I really appreciate the manufacturer made it very easy to start using this product. The instructions (including the short video) were very clear and helpful.I clean my bathroom, floor tiles, kitchen sinks, mirrors (with an attachment), and even a bird cage. It is powerful and with different attachments, we can clean so many different type of surfaces very effectively. The machine size is compact but not too small so that it can contain enough water.The only complain is that some attachments don’t fit tight so it moves around as I scrub. Even so, I am so happy with my purchase and I would recommend others to buy this product.
