I bought an expensive drone 3 years ago and could never get it to communicate with the app properly. I had this one set up in about 10 minutes. There are a few instructional videos that walk you through the compass calibration, GPS acquisition, app controls, or visual controls that were really easy to follow. The two batteries charged pretty quickly and I did get around 40 minutes of flight time but that was flying it pretty aggressively. I crashed it inside of my house and the propellers made it- but it came with replacements if needed. The only con is that it did not come with a TF card for video, but the video it did shoot was excellent.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the drone I recently purchased. Unfortunately, the drone was completely non-functional right out of the box. Despite following all the instructions meticulously, the drone never once worked. The propellers never even attempted to turn.I tried troubleshooting the issue extensively. I tested the drone in various open areas to ensure there were no obstructions or interference. I also tried different batteries and ensured both batteries were fully charged. I even swapped the batteries, hoping that might resolve the problem. Unfortunately, none of these efforts made any difference. The drone simply refused to pair with the remote control. To add to my frustration, the remote control itself also appears to have malfunctioned.This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially considering the positive reviews I had read before purchasing. I had high expectations for this product, and its complete failure is unacceptable. I am returning the drone for a full refund.

Very impressed being my first drone. Picked up the handling fast. Incredibly stable. Love all the option for crashless flights. Great product for the price. Sharp camera, easy connection with phone. Camera glitches up on quick moving recording videos. Besides that ,no complaints

I gave the product three stars for the following two reasons:1. Lack of customer support. I emailed the company and after three days have not received a reply.2. Batteries do not hold a charge. I charged the battery at 4:00 pm; the next morning at 8:00 am the battery was dead.Overall the drone works and takes video and photos. It is easy to fly and the range is good since we must keep the drone in sight while flying.I am a beginner so the drone meets all my requirements and is fun to fly. During my first flight, the battery drained quickly and the drone automatically returned to home perfectly.
