This is my third house buying one of these paper towel dispensers. It’s always one of the first things that I buy! After having a tension mount paper towel holder, I can’t imagine going back to the loose ones sitting on the counter that give you 10 paper towels when you only wanted one.

Love this. I had a different one which caused all sorts of issues trying to get one paper towel. This was a little difficult to install because my cabinets were shorter than the screws that came with it, but we bought different screws and it worked great.

Very nice I have two mounted vertical and they work great. I can pull and tear off a sheet without unrolling more than I need

I've been in this house for 45 years and never had a mounted paper towel holder. The holders we had sat on the kitchen counter, but we finally decided we valued the counter space and wanted to make a change.Geez... there are about a million choices out there! These are the features we liked about this one: looks modern and fits with our other appliances. It has a ratchet in the roller that makes it easy to get one or more paper towels at a time without pulling the whole roll out. Very solid construction.All around good purchase!

After about 2 years, the little clicker (that prevents the roll from spinning forever .. I think it was a small gear) broke off. I suspect it broke off because of high use (and young kids) But that has been my only issue.I still bought 3 more (even after the clicker broke. I have 2 install vertically on a wall, and 1 installed horizontally under a cabinet.Works great.1 thing to keep in mind: if you do install it on a wall, make sure it is attached to a stud. Because it is an item that is often “pulled on”, drywall anchors will become loose very quickly.

This is the third one I have purchased (one for every RV I've owned) they work great. Use them in my RV, keeps the paper towels from unrolling while RV is in motion.

This replaced my previous unit that broke at the roll connection point. This is one piece and sturdy. I think it is great.

Love it—so much better than the stand version I have had for years. Easy to tear off individual pieces of paper towel.
