This is by far the best creatine I have had! My muscle recovery has been great and the powder is tasteless! I’m a big water drinker so I put a scoop in my water and you can’t even tell! Very happy with this product!

I picked up this GLDN Creatine Monohydrate cocktail to support muscle health and brain health. The combination of creatine and HMB is a promising formula for reducing muscle breakdown. The addition of vitamins D3 and K2 seems like a good one, making it a well-rounded supplement. I typically prefer not to purchase supplements in combo forms as I prefer to control the dosage and timing myself. But I was able to skip my normal D3/K2 combo pills with this one.The powder is unflavored, which makes it uneventful to mix into shakes or water as far as altering taste. Powder doesn’t dissolve well, similar to my experience with other creatine.Compared to other creatine supplement versions, this one stands out for its inclusion of HMB and additional vitamins – anecdotally I can’t say I noticed a difference. It’s manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, but I didn’t see any purity or potency testing, as I think is important for consumers. Very few brands provide it, and I try to support those that do, so i wish this product would provide it.At $20 for a 30 day serving, the price seems reasonable for the convenience, but it’s worth comparing to purchasing the components separately to see if it makes sense for you.

The best creatine, excellent results, it's very easy to make! Just mix it with water and that's it! And it has an excellent price and quality! I recommend it, it's my favorite!
