I have a super-chewer hound mix puppy, and she can chew through even a thick leather leash in seconds. But not this one! Hasn't broken despite her pulling so hard she chokes herself. However, she WILL check thru the handle part. Still not a problem because I have to wrap the leash around my hand several times to shorten it. Sigh...I suppose I should do more leash training with her!

This chain is very strong yet it has a fluid movement to it. Does not tangle. Links and connections are durable. Supple leather handle and solid rivet fasteners. The "gold" shows no sign of rubbing off or dis-coloring. Definitely buy this again. Matches PERFECTLY 👌 with the collar. (I have also reviewed collar)

High quality for the price. The chain can hold on to my 80 lb dog but he doesn’t pull much. The color is great and the leather handle is comfortable

Snazzy looking leash for the fans of gold. I don’t care for gold myself but it’s well made for a chain leash, and the chain has tight metal rings and feels smooth when you glide it through hands. It’s pretty well made. I can’t say if the gold will rub off after a while because we have not had it very long. Overall I would recommend it if you want a shorter chain leash that is fairly comfortable to use for being a chain leash. The handle is nice leather, and the clip is strong and good.It was packaged in a cute box, but the chain itself was in plastic that was extremely hard to get off.

This leash is beautiful. I just received it today and wasn’t expecting much, certainly not for it too look as well made as it does. It was more than I expected and as far as dog leashes are concerned this one really stands out. It’s puppy chew proof and really compliments my personality. It’s says class or at least sophistication. . 🙀 I hope it’s as durable as it looks. Stay tuned

Don’t waste your money I bought this because of the look and I assumed it was durable because it’s a metal chain, WRONG! Just like other reviews.. my leash handle completely fell apart while walking my 10 week old PUPPY YES I SAID A PUPPY! And no she’s not a big dog, So if you have a 10 week old puppy or older I highly recommend not using this leash, good thing I never order their collar. I do not recommend this product for any size dog, cheap material not as advertise.

Absolutely love this leash! Purchased with the adjustable collar for my Rottie pup and receive so many compliments on it. My teething baby bit through the handle on the leash, so I messaged Abaxaca to see if I can buy just a handle, and they offered to send me a used leash to take the handle off of. I just received the package in the mail, and they sent me a brand new, or at least it looks as though it is brand new leash with no charge. Excellent customer service. I will def continue to order from them. Amazing quality! I can’t see us using another leash or collar. Thank you Abaxaca!! You will be seeing more orders from me!
