Q: Just got this and not trusting the temp. I put thermometers all around and 100 in the middle and 94 on the sides what can I do?.

That's the same thing happened in my unit. I installed 2 mini digital thermo/hygrometer on opposite sides lined up with eggs and I got 94-95F while hygrometers differs by 10% with main unit. I believed the fan is not strong enough to circulate the air. I decided to return it.

No. But my 4250 quit working after two hatchings. Be sure and read all the reviews. People had a lot of problems with them.

Q: Why do the instructions tell you to turn the eggs 3 times a day even with an automatic egg turner?

This package is bundled with an egg turner. Said another way, this incubator is or was available without an egg turner, and someone got the bright idea to sell it with one. The instructions do not account for the bundling of the turner with the incubator.

Q: Having trouble with humidity? Where is tray for distilled water? Instructions are not very good for first time users, needs more instructions.

I read the instructions and it said to use a turkey baster to inject water into the holes at the two sides of the unit. I would add water about every other day. My humidity stayed between 58 and 65. I was having concerns that it was too damp. My hatch of Ringnecks was about 50%. Lower than I expected but still lots of tasty birds.
