Summer is fast approaching here in Boston, so it's only going to get hotter, and this year I won't go broke helping the local convenience store expand their franchise. I decided to get this slushie maker so they can make their own without wasting precious gas money. It does take longer than what the big chains offer, but the convenience is so worth it. It makes an easy, cool treat for the kids and their friends when they are playing outside in the sun. The five different settings are great; so far, we have made slushies and smoothies. Highly recommend this excellent product.

Update: The service department reached out to me and made it right. The new machine is an upgrade and works like a charm! No issues and because of the amazing customer I would order again!I received my machine and was excited to use it. I let it sit overnight before plugging it in. I followed the instructions exactly and kept getting an OP error code. I made sure it was locked and the blade was installed correctly as the troubleshooting guide instructed me to. I realized that there was something not connecting. I looked at a few videos and realized it was missing a small plastic piece on the back of the container, so it was not registered that it was locked. I was excited to use it so my husband put a small piece of foil in the hole and of course voila we were in Business (so I thought). I put the exact amount of ingredients according to the instructions as I again watched videos that showed it wouldn't work if the ingredients were not the correct ratio. I let it run for an hour and a half on cocktail and never did it even get cold, let alone slush. I will follow my first mind next time and not ignore the negative reviews.

Love this machine. My family and love making slushies when we have movie night or just as a quick treat for kids after dinner. Summer will be fun to use on hot days. The company is so nice to work with. My first was damaged and they took action immediately to fix the issue

I really like this slushie machine, it's very simple to use. just a few steps and you get a perfect slushie without any hassle, and the ice is very smooth. Especially easy to clean! Highly recommend it to anyone who loves making delicious drinks at home!

It’s almost as good as the Ninja version damn near the same price now from when I purchased it, but it’s was slower and doesn’t quite freeze the same as the ninja. If you’re looking to make slushes with juice it works just fine but if it’s for cocktails and adult drinks even with the same measurements in the direction you get lack luster results. It’s hold up well and has the same size reservoir a small noise nothing noticeable and it’s pretty simple to use.. I suggest always using the highest setting no matter what you make.
