This Raw Black Maca powder is a very effective energy enhancement, though it wasn't necessarily designed for that, this plant is incredible. It tastes great, I just drink it with water twice a day, morning and night, 1/2 a teaspoon. It took my same workout and seemed to both make it "easier" bodily and willpower-wise. I didn't experience any stomach upset, just felt as if I had woken up a little more and gotten my morning started.

This is great. I just learned that Black maca is better for men, and red is better for women (especially peri-menopausal and menopausal women). Oops! Well the good news is it can help your memory--we'll see.

The media could not be loaded. I headed so many things about the benefits of Maca Powder so I had to give it a try. I received it really quickly thanks to my Amazon Prime next day delivery. The package is a nice large size-worth the piece. Initial taste was a bit nutty. Not bad I’m looking forward to see the energy boost!
