This is hands down my all-time favorite cleansing balm. I’ve purchased the big size of the Original version multiple times—both on Amazon and from other online vendors—because I use it so much and nothing else compares. It's now a permanent part of my skincare routine. I’ve tried others, but always come back to this. If you’re looking for a dependable, luxurious cleansing balm that truly works, this is it. I highly recommend getting the big size—it’s 100% worth it!Pros:Incredibly Effective: It melts away makeup, sunscreen, and daily buildup effortlessly. This feels so nice on my skin. A little goes a long way, so it should last me a while. I don't wear makeup except on rare occasions, but this removes all of it gently without harsh rubbing- even the longest-wearing eyeliner. I love how it rinses clean & doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy. A wet washcloth takes it right off. And the best part? There's nothing in it that irritates my sensitive skin! I'll definitely buy more of this in the future.

I use this as an everyday cleanser daily and nightly at the beginning of my routine and it has become my only cleanser. I have combo skin with an oily T zone and dry areas, and this balm makes my skin feel totally clean and unbelievably soft. It’s easy to rinse off and doesn’t leave any film or leave my skin feeling oily or stripped. It’s good at taking off sunscreen and makeup. Doesn’t have a scent which is great.

I like to write reviews when I truly end up LOVING an item and this product has become my new staple. I used to use Farmacy and Clinique’s cleansing balm but wanted to find something a little bit less expensive. I tried Naturium’s cleansing balm but the product would irritate and burn my eyes. I also didn’t like the residue feeling I would feel afterwards.However this one is one by Banila did not disappoint and it’s also at an affordable price! It took off my make up and water proof mascara easily, it did not burn my eyes by I was melting off my eye make up and my face actually felt clean after rinsing it off! It does not leave my face feeling dry nor greasy. This is going to be my new go to!!

So I have used the Banilla Zero Original Balm for about a year now. Love it. A little goes a long way and it makes my face feel soooo good. As I was getting ready to order another one, I saw the Citrus and the Avocado ones and well, I just had to try them out, too! Here are MY thoughts and opinions on the three. Please note this is not a paid (or given to me to try out) review. It's just lengthy because I have a lot to say.For the Original Balm, it is lightweight and soothing to my skin - no breakouts or redness to the skin which is rare for me. As I stated before, I have used it for almost a year now. Not every day, as I don't wear makeup, but more like every other day. Easy on and easy off and my skin just loves it. Think of it as a good Spring-Summer part of your face wash program.For the Citrus Balm, I use it every morning now. Just smelling that bust of orange is a grand way to start my mental day! It is thicker than the Original, so again, a little goes a long way. My face just soaks it in as I massage it in and my skin says ahhhhh.... As it is thicker and more creamy, I can see it as an Autumn/early Winter face wash.For the Avocado Balm, on those days that I am stressed out and have not had enough hydration, my face looks and feels it. My wrinkles are deeper and my skin more uneven (I am up there in age and miracles don't happen overnight, ladies) and that's when I reach for the Avocado Balm. I wish I had a vat to dip my body in. It is sooo rich and soooo thick! My face sings like a group of chorus ladies in church (think Sister Act) HALLELUJAH!!! I can feel the stress and the dirt melting away as the wrinkles lessen (ain't nothin' getting rid of them totally, and I'm ok with that) as my moisture level rises and my mental level evens out. I think this is more for extra dry and flaky skin which is why I don't need it every day. I can see this one as a Full-On Winter face wash, however, I live in Florida, USA, so... I'm going to use it anyway! lol!I will state, for me, I need more water to get the emulsion to thoroughly activate for both the Citrus and Avocado Balms. My fingers will hit a spot that I need to add more water to (I can definitely tell) to get it to kick in properly. That's because the balm is so rich and creamy!With the three Balms that I purchased and use, after everything has been rinsed off, my face feels incredibly soft, smooth, clean, and hydrated. There it is in nutshell.All in all, Ladies and Gents (I have no doubt this would be great for a man's face as well), I am absolutely thrilled with my purchases and keep coming back to their page to see the next one I want to try. I can't wait!

Definitely is effective at taking off makeup, oil, and cleansing the skin! Didn’t feel excessively stripping and left my skin feeling moisturized. Also a great size that will last you a long time. I personally had to give it to a friend as for some reason it made my rosacea flare up, but that happens with most oil cleansers for me! I had just wanted to give it a shot. Still, if you don’t have unpredictable skin/autoimmune rosacea, I think you should try it!

This cleansing balm is a favorite for a reason. It has a soft, sorbet-like texture melts into an oil on contact with skin, but it doesn’t feel too heavy like oil cleansers which can sometimes clog ur pores more if not used correctly. This product effortlessly breaks down makeup/ waterproof products. It rinses off easily with water, but I’d swipe off with a cotton pad or soft facial towel, to make sure any leftover makeup is fully removed. It doesn’t leaves your skin feeling dry or stripped, just clean and comfortable.The buttery formula feels great to use, it contains ingredients like Vitamin E and Acerola extract that adds a nourishing boost. Definitely worth the price & a solid pick for beginners and skincare lovers alike!
