I really like this case. It’s fairly thick and looks like it will be durable and protect my new Kindle Paperwhite. It fits perfectly. I like the color, and it really does look and feel like leather. It’s comfortable to hold while I’m reading. I don’t use the stand, but it’s nice to have if I ever need it. It puts my Kindle to sleep when I close the cover, so I don’t have to worry about the battery draining while I’m not looking. I bought it on sale, so I think it’s a good value for the money. I highly recommend it.

I was looking for a protective cover for a kindle reader, and this popped up in my search with a great price. While it's not real leather, it appears to be a quality case, and I like the natural leather color. (And the other colors oddly were three times the cost.) I also like the extra features -- a strap to slip your hand in, a kickstand with a built-in cardholder.

Very pretty, nice quality, handy cover for my Kindle. Love the extra band so I don't have to hold the device (I have a little arthritis in the base of my thumb, which makes it hard to hold things for longer times - hence the Kindle). Love the color and design!

This is my third Fintie case, each for a new Kindle. I love the galaxy graphic, so this one is a repeat.I compared the snap-fit "slim" design with the slide-in version with the easel stand and one-hand band. The former style, which I had on my prior (6.8 in.) Kindle, had lasted about 7 years before I replaced it. It's very light weight and yet enabled my Kindle to survive several drops. I found I prefer the other version. It's a lot easier to remove the Kindle from the slide-in version (e.g., for cleaning), and the velcro flap holds the Kindle tightly. The PU "leather" extends beyond the corners and edges of the Kindle, assuring that the case will absorb any impact, rather than the Kindle itself. The easel provides ample tabletop support. Especially with the 12th generation Kindle, it's very easy to change pages in either direction using either my right or left hand. It was also easy to insert four fingers through the support strap. Note, however, that page navigation requires two hands: if you "wear" the Kindle on your left hand, you need to use your right hand to touch the screen and advance the page. The reverse is true if you "wear" the Kindle on your right hand. In both case, your thumb is not long enough to reach across the page. I've used both means of support while eating breakfast and am comfortable with each. I like that there is a slot in the easel for an ID card or credit card (although I suggest you not use it for the latter).The pattern printing on the slide-in case has a touch more red in it, but both look great. I suspect the variation might be the result of individual, but the difference is minor. Both look like the Amazon page.I subtracted one star for a personal reason. I often carry my kindle in my front pants pocket or a jacket pocket. My new case (with the Kindle inside) is about 3/4 in. thick. It fits in all my jacket pockets and and most (but not all) of my pants pockets. If you don't have this limitation, then you can regard my review as a five-star. This is a winner.

The deep purple color is elegant. The material texture looks good, and the magnetic closure feels strong. Overall, I am very happy with the cover and truly enjoy the feel and color.

This is my second Fintie cover. I like the book-look with its filigree designs and leather-like appearance. The first one was (and still is) on my old generation 7 Paperwhite, now I have this one for my generation 11 device. It's lightweight, and the magnet closure works two ways. First, there's a sensor in the device so when you open the front cover, it turns on and is ready for you to start reading. Second, when you flip the front cover all the way around, it holds it there so you can hold the device as a single unit without a flopping loose cover in your way. I also often read with the front cover open and to my left, which I use as a handle of sorts, and it works very well that way too. With the cover closed, there's no worry of breaking the screen unless you drive a car over it. The magnet holds it securely closed.

I purchased this case for better protection and a softer, more comfortable feel while reading. I am very pleased this case is super sturdy, and the front magnetizes to the back while reading. I like that it has a built in card holder/stand, along with a strap so you don't have to have a pop socket. You can hold the case by the strap and the magnet stays put. The case does not fall or drop from the magnet and keeps holding it in place. The only thing I wish was a little different is the side the strap is on just for convenience of holding and tapping for the next page with the same hand. It's currently on the left hand side. If they switched the stand and the strap sides that would be perfect! I am absolutely in love with the color and pattern as well. Overall very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend.
