Good value and they work. Certainly boost whiteness. Great for a special event.Wouldn’t use them every day though. Suspect they would cause sensitivity if over used.They say you can drink with them, but I wouldn’t recommend it.Also wash out mouth with gulp of water before brushing after use. Do not brush immediately after with the product residue on teeth or you will corrode your enamel.

These strips are so good. They’re really sticky and are wider/longer than some I’ve had in the past. I saw a big difference after first use and didn’t cause any problems for my sensitive gums.
