Worked instantly at insertion straight out of box. Windows 11, Acer Aspire 27" All In One PC suddenly lost ability to get Wi-Fi. After 2 days of trying to update drivers and getting the modem checked out by the ISP, it came down to probable hardware issue. So I stumbled across this fabulous inexpensive option, since having a long ugly cord giving me Ethernet service wasn't good for the long term Pleasant surprise! Fabulous deal! Wonderful!

this is easy to install, works great, high speed internet, and not too large, good packaging too, for a pc without a NIC installed it helps connect with the network from a distance great

This wi-fi antenna came as advertised with good instructions, a driver disk , and great support! Following the instructions I plugged it in and followed the instructions...now, I'm a grandpa whose somewhat computer challenged, but the sellers support had me up and running very quickly.The adapter works well, installed easily, and seems to be of quality construction.

Prior to purchasing this, I tried a PCI-e Wifi Card, m.2 wireless card, both did not work for me???? I tried the included drivers and ones downloaded via the internet. They both were not recognized like stated, I had to return both. I made sure they were compatible with an Intel Motherboard, they were. Did not work. I plugged this in and windows recognized it immediately, I clicked the network icon and saw my network, BINGO! Should have purchased this first. Great connection, no issues at all!Remember if your PC is far away from your router/modem, you may possibly get low bars/low connection. If that is the case, you can buy a usb extension cable and hang it or place it closer. They run a few bucks but make sure to measure how far in length you will need. I purchased a 4ft usb extension cable and stretched it very close to my modem. I was only getting around 15-20 Mbps so I looked into an antenna that would hopefully improve that speed. I did a Google search for information and then went shopping on Amazon selecting a USB adapter antenna that seemed to be a good buy. I had a bit of trouble with my 12 year old Gateway setting it up so I called the phone number that came with the instructions. A tech representative called me back and we went to work solving the connecting issue. The technician who's name is Sana was very professional and led me step by step to a successful setup. He was very friendly and patient with me. I am now getting download speeds around 90 Mbps. I would recommend this product to a friend.

Works great! I live in a small town and our internet is generally slower. I’m not tech savvy at all and this little unit works great! Same as if I had a wired connection. Very happy with this!

I am a return buyer of this product. I bought my first Nineplus 1300 Mbps WIFI adapter a little less than a year ago and it has worked well for me. A few weeks ago I was offered the opportunity to test their newest model The WIFI 5 AC1300 wifi adapter and accepted the offer. My review is a little slow in coming because I had a personal busy schedule the last few weeks.My set up is pretty simple. I use the T-Mobile 5G home internet network. It is tied in to my home network which distributes the signal to all my devices. I do this to isolate my home system from my internet provider so if I change provider I don't have to reprogram all my devices.So, my incoming signal in the best of circumstances may be as high as 250Mbps. With my prior Nineplus unit I got speeds as high as 160Mbps at my PC in my network. This was very satisfactory for my needs at that station. The upload speed however was constraining and was often less than 5Mbps.. I realize that the speeds are a function of network loads in my network and on the T-Mobile network so I tested the system at multiple times with a variety of loads. The numbers I am quoting are for late night conditions when nothing much is going on in my network and when the T-Mobile network is probably not stressed.The new model has shown a download speed increase of around 8 to 10 percent. But the real improvement is in the upload which at times has been over 10Mbps doubling the prior unit's performance.Such a big increase in what I had found to be a major constraint moves me to give it 5 stars.

Bought on January 29th... it worked well until it completely died 3 months later. I saw comments like this in the reviews, so it's shame on me for buying it. BTW, this was connected to a brand-new HP gaming desktop that came with a similar adapter, but it ran too slow with my router, so I bought this one to replace it. I recommend you keep looking for a higher quality product.
