These black ginger extract capsules come in a pouch which I'm never a fan of as the pouches are not recyable and it makes getting at the contents a little more tricky. The pouch contains 90 small to medium sized capsules wrapped in a cellulose shell. The capsules are easy to swallow.The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties make it a solid choice for those looking to support heart health and reduce fatigue. Recommended
